Refund Policy


Participants who register for any of RightMealz™ weekly programs have 24 hours from the time of payment to cancel and receive a refund. If you do want a refund within 24 hours, contact us via email at Ri********@gm***.com to request your refund.  We will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible.

After 24 hours from the time of receipt of payment, the payment will become a non-refundable credit that the participant can use towards any future RightMealz™ programs. The payment is non-transferable unless RightMealz™ gives its express, written consent, in its sole discretion, for any amount of credit to be transferred to another party.

Participants who register for any RightMealz™ monthly subscription programs understand that this is a RE-OCCURING PAYMENT. You’re able to cancel your subscription 48 hours prior to your renewal subscription date. If you fail to cancel 48 hours prior to the renewal payment date, we will not be able to refund you for that paid credit. You will have to cancel for the upcoming set payment dates.

Once your meals have been picked up from our pickup location, RightMealz no longer assumes responsibility for time and temperature, abuse, or inadequate safe food handling procedures.
